What You’ll Be Doing
As a Trainee Engineer, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers, learning on the job and building practical skills through real projects. Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting engineers on site
- Assisting with installs, maintenance, and service work
- Learning equipment setup, fault finding, and repairs
- Developing knowledge of engineering tools, systems, and best practice
